Ahsoka

Ahsoka is an original series that premiered on Disney+ in August 2023. Starring Rosario Dawson in the title role, the story centers on fan-favorite character Ahsoka Tano as she investigates a mysterious threat to the galaxy. Boldly moving into a newer era of the Star Wars timeline, the series promises the return of many other fan-favorite characters, including Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo), Hera Syndulla (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), and Grand Admiral Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen).

Writer and executive producer Dave Filoni continues his journey with Ahsoka Tano, a character he helped create with George Lucas and Lucasfilm Animation on Star Wars: The Clone Wars in 2008. He is joined on Ahsoka by executive producers Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Colin Wilson, and Carrie Beck. Karen Gilchrist is co-executive producer. The series’ directors include Filoni, Steph Green, Peter Ramsey, Jennifer Getzinger, Geeta Vasant Patel, and Rick Famuyiwa. Kevin Kiner is the series composer.

Ahsoka Tano, the former Padawan of Anakin Skywalker during the Clone Wars, is investigating a mysterious new threat to the galaxy after the fall of the Empire. As she reunites with her former apprentice, Sabine Wren, rumors of the villainous Thrawn’s return are on the rise.
