President and General Manager, Industrial Light & Magic

As President and General Manager of Industrial Light & Magic, Lynwen Brennan is responsible for all production and business aspects of the company.

Since joining Lucasfilm's Industrial Light & Magic in 1999, Brennan has held positions of increasing responsibility and scope, including Technical Area Leader for the CG Technical Directors, Manager of Production Technical Directors and Director of Digital Artists. In 2006, she was promoted to Executive in Charge of Production, where she oversaw all of the artistic and production talent at ILM, was responsible for ensuring that productions were efficiently staffed and played a driving role in the company's overall portfolio management.

Prior to Lucasfilm, Brennan had 10 years of experience in visual effects software development. She began her career as an original member of Parallax Software Ltd. where she held a variety of roles from support to sales. In 2005, Parallax was sold to Avid Technology and Brennan was a key member of the transition team. She spent 2 years with Avid as a marketing manager before joining Alias Wavefront as a Product Manager focusing on strategic business development and product management.

Lynwen holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of London.
